That's the model. As a September model, you get all three, at a rate reserved for a small group of applicants who are the right clinical fit.

What We're Asking in Return

Being a model isn't just showing up for treatment. Here's what selected models are asked to do.

  • Be comfortable participating in photo and video content

  • Consent to Defy's use of that content for marketing and education

  • Return for required follow-up and after photograph

  • Follow all pre-and post-treatment instructions

  • Meet clinical eligibility requirements

A completed application does not guarantee selection or clinical candidacy. Space is limited to a small group for September.
